GMOs are fine

Pesticides are in organic too

If you are white, there's a pretty good chance you are lactose sensitive, maybe lactose intolerant.

Stop being so intolerant.

You sure are angry

You will probably die young from all the stress

I am pretty old and my Grampy lived to 100 eating all the things you harp about but he was a happy person by nature.

I'd like you to name a way, not builds strong bones because that's not accurate.

My did too, doesn't mean that it's optimal. It's not that difficult of a concept to understand.

You are also 300 lbs and can barely walk, according to yourself.

I was around 220 and athlete, boomed to 350 when my thyroid went bye bye. Now am closer to 280, but it did take a decade to get there.

I have no problems walking, I just don't have to run anymore at my age.

Dude, you are trolling too hard or you really are too tightly wound.

Yes it is Einstein.

•Milk is one of the best sources of calcium for the body.
•Milk is filled with Vitamin D that helps the body absorb calcium.
•Proper calcium intake contributes to strong and healthy bones.
•Drinking milk provides other benefits such as healthy teeth, rehydration and improves vitamin intake.

Sorry you youngsters haven't been around long enough to realize they change around the "study findings" every 5 or so years. Coffe is bad, now studies show it's good for you. Wine is bad, now it's good. ect…. We are all different and unique, some tolerate dairy, others don't. I tend to ingest those items that don't make me sick or feel bad. Milk is fine...For me.

Could not hurt.

My heart is 98% for my age group
No high blood pressure
No cholesterol problems
No blue pill issues yet (pretty good for being this old)

Don't drink soda pop
Don't eat fast food or chain food (too much salt and sugar)
Don't have salt in my house (Scots know why)
Don't eat sweets often (never liked dessert as a kid)
Don't eat fried foods very often

Do eat vegetables from my garden
Do eat fresh game and fish from friends
Do eat local raw honey (no allergies)
Do eat fresh eggs from a friends coop
Do get off the computer and into the sunshine
Do have dogs to walk for exercise
Do have friends in real life to laugh with

Granted, with Sicilian and Scottish grandparents much may be genetics as anything else but the other stuff does not hurt either.

So what's optimal? Water and tea? I drink plenty of that too.

Just because something isn't as great for you as water doesn't mean its bad. Outside of the calories, Milk is generally good for you. There's really nothing bad with skim milk.

Warren Buffet drinks 5 cokes a day and is 88. Again, its not worth worrying about how good or bad 4 or 5 things are for you.

I've read a few articles on studies that show a higher correlation heart disease and a diet high is high fructose corn syrup than a high fat diet.

Studies, for the most part, are junk. Did that study distiguish the sources of the HFCS and fats? The demographics of those in the study? Studies may, at best, suggest something if the study was very well conducted and the results duplicated by other researchers. That is extremely rare though, the vast majority of research published in medical and social sciences are complete junk.

Without it (over a long period of time) you get calcified arteries, kidney stones, bone spurs, low bone density and other calcium allocation issues.

You are born with lesions in your arteries and veins that will eventually result in calcified deposits. Nothing you do in terms of diet or exercise will change that. That's nothing but a genetic roll of the dice.

How does a GMO cob of corn differ nutritionally from a non-GMO version? What makes difference in nutritional "health" between the two at the cellular level that the human body will ultimately utilize this food? Glyphosate is thrown around a lot but have you ever spoken to an expert in cellular & molecular pathology about the stuff? Can you cite an authortative, non-biased source of info? Probably not, you just let somebody tell you something and you repeat it.

Too Much Milk May Be Bad For Your Health

quote:

Women who drank three glasses of milk or more every day had a nearly doubled risk of death and cardiovascular disease, and a 44 percent increased risk of cancer compared to women who drank less than one glass per day, the researchers found. Men's overall risk of death increased about 10 percent when they drank three or more glasses of milk daily, said the study, published online Oct. 28 in BMJ.

Metabolism of a milk sugar, lactose, seems to set off an inflammatory cascade in our bodies that can wreck our shite. All things in moderation I say. I’m still drinking milk btw.

Goats milk is a good alternative to this sometimes.

Also, sometimes raw milk etc.. or lower pasteurized stuff is not harsh on people who are typically lactose intolerance.
