Cheese is good for you, but milk isn't because it's a mix of sugar and carbs, and those add up quickly because they're in liquid form. You can drink 300-400 calories of milk with quickness.

Makes sense.

I'm not a big milk drinker. But I uses a lot of butter in cooking, eat a lot of yogurt, kifer, and cheese.

The fermented dairy products like yogurt, kifer and cheese are probably good for you versus straight up whole milk because the sugars have already been broken down through the fermentation process and you are left with a concentration of good nutrients (especially from grass fed dairy).

So the blanket statement 'dairy products are bad" is wrong. It's much more nuanced than that.

You ween off of mothers milk at 12-18 months. It’s not natural to your biology.
Short of other food sources, it’s a better option than starving.
But when you have ample food, there are better choices.

This is such a stupid tireless argument. I can say this about 95% of what you eat.

Are you eating nothing but wild game, wild fruit and berries, etc.?

I mean you shouldn't eat anything farm raised given your thoughts.

This is no different then the people that claim that grains are bad for you. Grains are bad for americans because we eat too much of crappy food.

There are billions of people in Asia that eat grains at every meal and are thin to the point of being frail.

Percentage of Lactose Intolerant people

Because if some people can’t enjoy it they don’t want anyone to enjoy it.

The usual group of SJW spoilsports who shite on everything because they are miserable.

Pay no attention, eat milk and cookies, enjoy your cheese, and tell them to frick off.

Just because that's all that's available to them doesn't mean it's good for you. They're thin because their overall calorie intake is low, and the calories they do get (ie grains) are low in density and nutrition. If you can choose what you eat, you shouldn't be eating grains.

Milk and beef are not "bad".

My great grandfather lived to just short of 101 drinking milk and eating buttered biscuits everyday. At 87 he walked the 2.5 miles into town to get his last tooth pulled and then back home in NWLA July heat and humidity. Then he walked back home and ate a roundsteak.

There’s a difference between refined and unrefined grains.

I mean, I understand ice cream being bad for you but milk, cheese and yogurt? Not buying it.

Some people have discomfort with consuming milk

If this applies to you might want to try the A2 milk

I tend to stay away from dairy products, even though I love milk and other products, its because I’m a diabetic, the extra sugar and carbs don’t help my situation.
