It is breast milk from a filthy animal. What is breast milk? Super dense infant growth formula. Do you drink Human breast milk? But you'll suck the teets of a smelly beast? FFS adult cows drink WATER. Adult humans drink cow breast milk. Continuing with dairy, butter is ---- rotten cows breast milk. If that is not enough, this breast milk taste like shite, so in order to make it palatable, they pour tons of sugar in it. Yeah, sounds like it is great for human consumption.

Why is the animal filthy? Are all animals and creatures filthy?

Suck the teets of a smelly beast? Are all animals beasts, or just the smelly ones.

Butter is not rotten milk, it's the fat portion of milk.

BTW they do NOT add sugar to milk.

Plants and animals all participate in the food chain and most use nutrients and produce waste and by products necessary for life. Food doesn't grow in the back of WholeFoods and gets wrapped up by psudo-hippies with green hair. Most food products are provided by smelly beasts or grown in fields fertilized with smelly beast manure. and BTW it's still delicious.

You are not going to convince the imbeciles who only know what they are told by their TV's and spam Facebook posts. They've been duped into demonizing carbs, sugar, non-GMO, etc. with no critical thinking on their own and a sub-standandard education that will never provide the foundation to question these things.

Not everyone has the genes to digest cow milk.

My kid is allergic to milk. I think it is pretty common in babies. He has to be on a special (expensive) formula even.

Its kind of a pain, he got sick a few weeks ago because they let him have a few cheetos at the daycare Christmas party.

They taste great! But, the human body wasn't meant to ingest them and they cause a lot of inflammation in the body. If you are otherwise healthy, you may not notice, but if you have autoimmune disorders the effects are noticeable. As the quote goes "We are the only mammal that drinks the milk of another mammal."

High sugar and bad fat combo

Ever hear of low/nonfat dairy products?

Lactose becomes a problem only if allergic.

Because we're the smartest...

Milk may not be the best drink a person can drink, but this is the dumbest argument for anything... Ever.

I feel bad for lactose intolerant people. If this was the Stone Age and we didn’t have welfare they’d all die off

Is it normal to drink fluids from another animal, let alone a wild beast?

The healthiest diet is a vegan diet.

Beef, venison, pork, etc.

I'll occasionally eat an omnivore or two like chicken or fish.

My two cents.

Obviously too much sugar is bad. It's probably a good idea to keep sugar out of your diet especially high fructose corn syrup. I've read a few articles on studies that show a higher correlation heart disease and a diet high is high fructose corn syrup than a high fat diet.

Grass fed meats, dairy and eggs are nutritionally better for you than non-grass fed meats. Why? Because our modern diets are deficient in vitamin K2, iodine and magnesium and other minerals. Grazing animals do a better job of converting the K1 (contained in grasses) to K2 in their guts than we do. So eating grass fed meats is a decent source of K2. K2 is critical for calcium allocation. Without it (over a long period of time) you get calcified arteries, kidney stones, bone spurs, low bone density and other calcium allocation issues.

Of course magnesium and iodine are essential minerals. Minerals that are depleted due to over farming.

Here's a little secret on grass fed beef. The beef purchased in the southeast is predominately grass fed because grass grows easily here is the south and it is a cheap feed. But they do fatten the cows up with grains prior to slaughter for the pasture raised cows (non-grass fed) but they are essentially all grass fed. It's different in the midwest where corn is so abundant.

The non-GMO foods are probably healthier but only for the main reason of keeping glyphosate out of your diet and GMO foods are generally nutritionally vacuous compared to "organic". But GMO foods sure look pretty.

Then why does a significant portion of the human population have a gene that allows the body to permanently produce the enzyme lactase, so they can properly digest milk? Some of you are miserably clueless on the basic biology involved here. Some of you don't seem to be aware that there is a huge difference between being allergic and being intolerant to milk products. Most people who claim they are allergic simply acquired intolerance by not ingesting enough dairy products after childhood.

I beg to differ

Chocolate and strawberry milk are delicious and they have added sugar

Fat is delicious too. Mix fat and air and you get ice cream!
