Have you had Canadian dairy?
Canada also has better chocolate because they fall under English rules on what they can not add to chocolate. American chocolate is arse.

Fat free milk has 12 grams of sugar for a cup. Your max should be around 20 a day. It adds up quick.

Lucky her. I used to be able to consume frick tons of milk and ice cream, with no issues. Now, very little milk gives me the splatter shits within about 20 minutes of consumption.

I don't trust a man that that has excluded all dairy from his diet.
