Lose/loose. Not even close.
The $ after the amount happens because some people type as they sound it out. 350 dollars --> 350$
Another excuse is other languages.

One I see a lot is Hero’s instead of Heroes when talking about more than one person.
Also, Topps missed the mark on this specific player.

These two are particularly retarded. I can see how a there/their happens, but “lose” and “loose” are completely different words
they are but to be fair...lots of people use swipe on the keyboard on their phone and do not check before they post. this actually happens to me often.

The people that can’t get sell/sale right
Posted on 10/6/26 at 10:26 am to choupiquesushi
Definitely lose/loose. It makes me irrationally angry. But on the sale/sell topic, I was coming home from gulf shores one time and saw people advertising a garage sale only their sign said “garage sail” so I asked where they were heading.

Fiscal vs Physical
You have legitimate professionals that think “fiscal” is actually “physical”. It’s hugely embarrassing and their staff are usually too intimidated to tell them so they keep saying it.
I even had one guy argue with me when i told him it was a “fiscal year” not a “physical year”.

I always put USD at the end.
You're a looser if you put $ at the end.
