Those are more dressy... I am looking for casual.

Leaning towards the orvis ones. Mainly to prove Blackleaf wrong

ETA: Never heard of Bill's

Bonobos slim straight is pretty good. I stopped wearing Brooks Brothers khakis out when I realized that I didn't want to look like my dad at 27. Still wear the BB for things like golf, evening cocktails, etc.

Land's End and BB are the only ones that make my size. I actually like the Land's End pants better.

ETA: ^ Just said Mountain Khakis, which are absolutely awesome for outdoor work, but I think you were going for something slightly dressier.

I did not know. All the ones I see for sale are the typical work pant. If their 34's are as long as the rugged types, I'll have to buy a few.

Orvis - Most of their pants have a traditional look, relaxed fix. Quality on their sub-$100 pants can be hit-and-miss because southeast Asia.

Jack Donnelly - US made, good quality. The best customer service I've had buying pants online. If you need to return/exchange, these folks can't be beat.

Dickies - The 1922 line is old school fit and quality. If you want a hemmed version buy cuffed, 2-3 inches longer, and have them hemmed for a few $. If you want a relaxed fit chino, this is the best quality you can get for $99 and it's US made. They do have straight leg now, but they're $200.

I second the Brooks Brothers Clark Advantage. Got them in every color I can find. They are my everyday pants. Wrinkle free too, so I can just throw them in the dryer if needed.

the walmart brand "george" is by far the most durable and likely the cheapest pair of khakis I have owned. Thats the only brand I buy now. ask jim harbaugh about it.

Banana republic Dawson are good. Got a pair of southern tide I really like, but not worth the price. Used to wear polo but just don't wear khakis as much as I used to.

Mainly because I'm lazy and they always get marks around the pockets and don't feel like washing them every damn day.
