I bought this recently and it is awesome. Not towable but I can’t stand the towable because they bounce around. Planted 6 acres without a problem. Spreader on front and harrow in back of side by side. All aluminum.

Most of our residential work is in the Pass and Bay. Home inspectors are good for common code deficiencies but having a contractor that builds homes, bulkheads, and boat houses in that area will benefit you more on the structures and their components longevity.
I really don’t care about his agenda but I was in Omaha and sat above him in the club level My issue is that he didn’t buy tickets for where he sat. For two games I spent over $3400 for tickets for my 2 daughters and I; we sat in our seats. If nothing else, I hope these threads prevent him from cheating the system and being a leach.
Just so yall know. He is back again in a purple jersey today. Right above LSU dugout with belt!
This happened right below us. Couldn’t care less if you want to dress up and get rowdy to support our Tigers; everyone has that right! But that right is granted when you purchase your ticket for YOUR seat. He was booted out of 2 different seats because he wanted to be in camera shot. At the time of this occurrence he still wasn’t in his seat.

For just the house? It can be done. Finishes will ultimately determine how much above or below that figure you will be.
As others have stated, lots of variables. But $300-325 sqft will get you a nice place. I just built one in Bay St Louis as a spec and it brought $325/ sqft. 1500 sqft and was not water front but was raised.

That’s caused from him not tapping them in good. You will have to pull back the flooring at least 2 to 3 strips over from where the separating is occurring to tap it in.

Ceiling height, and finished corners like windows and wall/ ceilings play a part but I pay .60-.65 per sqft on average for my houses for a slick finish

I checked out their website though. You would think that with jet burners and no heat shield/wind shield covering the sides of the burners that it would lose a ton of heat and not get water boiling too fast....

I can bring my pot with 20 gallons of water to a boil in 7-8 minutes. Once you boil crawfish with the scoop net method you probably won’t use the dump basket. You can control the spice and flavor to different levels with one batch; simply take out what you want and let the rest soak. 3 scoops with the net can retrieve a sack of crawfish. The only time I used the dump basket was to boil shrimp. I boil in plain water, dump them, season water and return for the soak. The steaming rack is nice too for royal reds and crab legs during down season.

I think I paid $1800 for my first pot with a dump basket. Could do 3 sacks at a time. But it had a pot cooler on it too. I traded it to a buddy and bought one without a dump basket. It has a steaming rack though Give Cary a call; he will build you whatever you want

I have purchased 2 from Gator Pots out of Slidell. IMO, you will not find a better made pot with the versatility.
This is very true. Smoke had too much ego and not enough motivation for players. Overall he was a piece of shite too
