When’s the last time you bought a gas can from a gas station?

Been maybe a decade for me. But what a kick in the nuts needing a gas can on the fly and paying $20 for a $5 can

I don’t think I ever have.

Sweating 15 bucks during an emergency is kind of trashy too, don’t you think?

A gas can at home depot is $20 too.

My truck broke down in Mexico so had to use an old laundry bottle to get gas. True story.

Buy a gallon of milk, pour it out, fill with gas

Never. I keep a spare can in my car trunk and my truck bed. Like an adult.

Idk but I bought one for 16 bucks at wal mart on Sunday. That was about the cheapest one I found.
Whatever you were paying for anything 5-10 years ago, expect it to be double, especially plastic goods. Covid, inflation, and tariffs really hit the plastic industry pretty hard(even though there is just plain ol gouging going on as well).
