6-8 hours

8-12 hours, depending on the route and weather.

Anything over 8 hrs and I'm flying.

I can ride/drive for a lot longer than I can stand flying

I remember "blinking" once in my 20s on a 12 hour drive in the middle of the night, and mile marker 187 was suddenly mile marker 179.
Was this you driving.

Napped 2 hours in a rest stop to make a 31 hour Missoula trip about 30 years ago. And once upon a time did (a never more) 27 hours to Saguenay, Canada for a canoe race. First one solo and second with a co-pilot.
Should have broken up both of these because you need the whole next day to recover. Was lulled into it because of successfully making several 15-17 hours trips to Ottawa and Toronto and being able to semi- function the next day.
Couldn't do the 21 hour from Durango back last time so decided never more than 12 these days. Better to break it up and enjoy the drive.
( Not a truck driver. )

Depends on the car, the passenger, and age
2 person, coast to coast and back, nonstop with one of my pals from my youth. Did it just to see if we could do it. No sleep, never ran out of conversation. Old Pontiac station wagon from the 1950's (so if one had to sleep while the other was driving).
SO, best test for marriage durability. Plan driving trip at least 3 hours per day and at least 2 days. 7+ hours a day for 3+ days is better. If you run out of conversation and topics after 3 hours, that should be the end of it. If you do not run out of conversation and topics over many hours and several days, consider marriage.
At my age, 15 min to 1.5 hours and I am done.

19 hours straight from BR to PA. Drove from Alaska to BR, drove 1000 miles a day for 6 days.

12 hours was my standard but it’s decreased to 10 over the past 2-3 years

8 hours is the max I’ll consider driving because it can be done in a day. Anything over is automatic plane ticket.

Years ago, my longest trip in my pickup was from N.O. to Kosse, TX., up to Dallas and back to N.O. non-stop other than to pick up and drop off things along the way. Well over 24 hours in all.
Longest on my motorcycle was just over 1000 miles in under 24 hours. My ride started at 5:30 a.m. and ended at 4 a.m. the next day. The after dark ride was the worst with it being in the 40's all night long.

About 5 minutes riding, 8-10 driving is no problem. around 14 I become a safety concern for everybody.
I drove our motorhome with my then 81 year old father and my old flatulent lab from SE Washington to SC 5 years ago in about 65 hours. Never left the RV except to put gas in it and walk the dog. I would have made it about 8 hours quicker but I stopped in Dalton, Georgia to avoid rush hour in Atlanta. Didn't work but I did stop and go traffic in Atlanta after a 4 hour nap and a shower. My Dad had a blast on that trip...we didn't see much other than interstates but he enjoyed every minute of it. Wouldn't want to do it again but only because I would want to do it with plenty of time and spend some time seeing something other than the interstate.

I-45 from Houston to Dallas and back sucks balls. I'll sacrifice the 30m to stare at cows between Waco and Katy every time than deal with I-45.
Hell in that traffic thats about a damned 3 day trip.....San Antonio to Dallas may take a lifetime....

I can tolerate 6-7 but anything over 4 and I’m looking for flights
My fly/drive point has been extended to 10 hours and depending on location maybe 12-14. Used to be between 2 and 3....HATE airports now. Ain't fond of planes but I fricking DESPISE airports. I would choose extensive dental work with no pain killer over picking someone up at an airport, let alone actually flying. Have to do it fairly regularly but it is always done under duress....airlines and airports are hell, satan ain't got nothing on TSA. Only redeeming thing about an airport is they are home to airport bars...and airport bars are fantastic if you enjoy studying characters. Not as good as marina bars but not by much.....
