16 hours from BR to Omaha. Now going from Omaha to BR can be a little more difficult to do.

Without stopping? 4 hours is about my max.

If we’re talking with stops, probably 15-16 hours. I left Washington DC about 5 am to beat a snowstorm out and drove to my house in the MS Delta in a day.

Did the same thing when that snowstorm that hit Charleston in Jan 2018ish started setting in. That was only like 11 hours, but I probably drove the first hour and a half at 10-20 mph on ice.

At 48, it's not the tolerance of driving more than a few hours at a time. It's just that I have to pee after a few hours

I drove from Fort Collins to Baton Rouge twice last year. There's nothing worse than driving when youre tired or dont want to. Im good for about 6 hours drinking coffee and Celsius. I had my dog so I was naturally stopping alot . Give me a few Adderall though and I can drive 24 hours or more

Kansas is the worst state to drive through. Nothing but flat land and windmills. Can easily get in a trance and zone out. Night driving sucks too. Im done driving after dark unless I need to be somewhere at a certain time

I sleep if I'm not driving.

Also a terrible road trip partner.

I drove alone from Baton Rouge to Northwest Washington near the Canadian border one summer when I was 19. Something like 40 hrs and 2800 miles. I think I split it over 3 days. 1997 so just a beeper, CD book and AM/FM radio.

I've gone 13+ hours to drive from Gatlinburg to Deridder to Baton Rouge. Hopefully I'll never do that again. We got in at 3am.

I max out around 6 - 7 hours, but is misleading because the HZTC in my BP med causes me to stop and pee about every hour.

I'm driving.

The only person I dont mind riding shotgun with is my daughter. She out-pointed me once in a racing school, even after she had brake-fade.

I suspect she'll put it on my tombstone.

16 hours straight, gas and go only, from West Texas to South Dakota. Started the trip it was 90 degrees. I ended the trip driving into a blizzard.

Also have done 12 hours straight to Detroit, one time in a full on Midwest blizzard the entire way. That sucked major balls.

Now, I don't like going over 8-10 hours, but will do it if I have to.

10 hours. After that I prefer to stop and get back at it the next day.

I’m looking at a 70 hour round trip this summer. Not all at once though.
