Without any breaks? I usually need a bathroom break at the 2 hour mark.
General rule is any longer than 8 hours and I'm flying. But that depends on layovers, etc. I've made a few 12 hour summer drives to South Florida from Louisiana and a few 20 + hour drives from Colorado to Louisiana and back.

Furthest I've ever driven in one sitting was Austin to Birmingham. 12 hours. Wasn't THAT bad, but the drive is pretty damn boring.
