Shortest - 1 1/2 years
Longest - 4 1/2 years
I’m not a “job hopper” by any means, but companies change over time to the point where you have no further growth opportunities, or your values no longer jive with the vision/culture of that company, so it becomes time to move on.
Case in point, the job I’m in right now (have been there 3 years) was the absolute best job I could have ever imagined for the first 2 years. However, so much change has happened in the past year (new leadership - CRO, COO, CFO, a LOT more micromanagement, etc) that I’m now looking to make a switch.
I work remotely for a Bay Area tech company in new business sales if that matters.

Coincidentally, left the shortest to go to the longest. I felt like I was not fitting the position well and didn't think I was doing a great job. When I turned my notice in they told me they felt the opposite and offered to throw a bunch of money my way to stay, but in the end I really wasn't feeling it.

Waiter in a sorority house. Two days. My roommmate talked me into it as a way to meet girls. Protip: The fat ones come to meals. The cute girls are upstairs being anorexic.
