The Panican cry for help has shifted from "muh tariffs" to "muh 50 year mortgage".

Ahh, three more years of Never Trump Tears.
I remember fans calling into the radio shows demanding the LSU fire Nick Saban, after a loss to Florida...in 2003.

Burrow, Chase and Jefferson were at LSU the year before together and they didn't sniff that production. The only changes were 1 year of experience and the addition of Joe Brady.

No one has ever seen a QB improve in year 2. Only Brady has ever coached up a 2nd year QB…
Depends on how the coach's contract is structured, but typical as soon as the regular season is over.

He’s the best coach in the nation and it’s not really close.

Catastrophe syndrome.

You people learned nothing from Saban.

How can they afford to hire another coach if they DO pay the buyout.?

A group of boosters has already fronted the buyout.

we are negotiating...relax

Exactly. There is mutual interest in a lump sum payout, and both sides are negotiating an amount.

That's the reality, not ridiculous argument that LSU is "not going to pay the buyout". There is a legal, binding contract.

What, specifically, is your issue with Rand and his desire to save and legalize the hemp industry?

It has absolutely nothing to do with re-opening the government. Rand is grandstanding for attention and reelection donations.
The reaction was mixed when we hired Saba. Many were excited that we hired "Lou" Saban, who was an NFL DC. Others thought we hired Lou's kid or nephew.

The panicans were quick to point out Saban's record at MSU and compare it to DiNardo at LSU.

34-24-1

vs

32-24-1

There were lots of grumblings about cultural fit, whatever that is.

Ed O.

2019 was a miracle.
Drink beat Tenner and Ohio State in 2023.

Losses the last two years involved Bama, aTm, and Vandy. LSU didn’t win those either. And Lane didn’t play them.

The program has regressed tremendously.

For some reason, this board hates Miles. But, LSU has definitely regressed since he was running the program.

Fine. I'll take it.

Reminder: Mizzou’s starting QB is out. They have a freshman making his first start.
This, coming from the UGA fan with the highest paid coach.

Imagine UGA under paying Kirby and letting another program pick him up.

He looks like a geek.

I really think this is why some people prefer Lane over Drink. Their looks.

Drink is 6-2 with losses to Bama and Vandy.

Lane had a loss to UGA. Avoids Bama, Vandy, Texas, aTm, Tennner. He’s getting a lot more love because of a much easier schedule.
