Business Law was the weed out class at A&M. Professor was really cool. He was was just really hard. You better know that stuff like a lawyer to get an A. His multiple choice tests would use the combinations to give 8+ options for each question.

Organic Chemistry II... I have a feeling that will be a popular answer.

My ChemE kids would laugh at this. Piece of cake for them.

E-Mag (electro magnetism) as an Electrical engineer major. It was basically alot of applied Cal C. But it was mainly the professor that caused my issues. Dropped it the first time around cause I had no clue what was going on. Retook it with a much better professor and made an A.

Clinicalpathogenic Microbiology was the hardest class I've ever taken. Half the class failed. The tests were ridiculous.

I was a physics major. Junior year, you were required to take a year of electrodynamics, which was basically applying Maxwell's equations to all kinds of phenomena. Two years of calculus was a pre-requisite, and the "problems" (usually of the "derive an expression for" variety) involved wall-to-wall 3d vector calculus and partial differential equations in various coordinate systems.... A midterm exam consisted of one problem, for which you had an hour. If you were stumped, you were fricked. All you were allowed for exams was pencil and a blue book.

Thermodynamics

My professor told us the first day of thermo:
“The first time you take Thermo you don’t understand it. The second time you take Thermo you still don’t understand it. The third time you take Thermo you’re so used to it it doesn’t matter.”

Signals and Systems - EE course, teacher wrote the book. He was hard as frick, but I started going to his office hours and he would teach much better there and got a better understanding of him. He was weeding out students in class, but if you went saw him after class he knew you cared and helped a lot.

Chemistry was up there as well. I frickin hated Stoichiometry.

As an EE, I can't believe so many people hated Thermo. That shite was easy. It was just remembering formulas.

Yeesh, must suck having to live with the memory that you failed a class dedicated to your native language

Ehh, I hated that class too. I hate writing. I got much better grades in Spanish than my English classes. Strange, but I just can't sit down and write stories.
