The trick to social media that I've found is to try and ignore the bs. I keep FB for family. I rarely post anything. TikTok...I follow people that cook, fish, hunt, golf etc. If the algorithm should place some dancing bimbo video into my feed I select not interested to keep that shite from showing up.

Twitter. Got way too insane from all sides. Deleted
Instagram. Thots pretending they are models. Boring. Deleted

There is no doubt that TikTok is Chinese psychological warfare against the West.

No. I was hoping that would happen to those crappy singing shows like "American Idol" etc when that crap came out. And damn it to hell those fricking shows are still on and are just as retarded as ever. The Masked Singer, etc. Like a previous poster has stated, it will just evolve and become more retarded.

Social media can be a good thing. Look at Tik Tok in China for example.

but I freaking hate social media. Especially tiktok.

This is so strange to me. Do you realize you can use Tiktok just like you do youtube just without the 10 minute and longer videos?

The best way to take down a platform, at least in terms of popularity with youths, is to have people over 35 take over.

Granted, they’ll just move to the next thing.

Tik Tok feeds the addiction for instant gratification, which is why its geared toward kids and younger people.

I dont think it'll go away, but today's kids grew up with it where with people my age it kinda showed up in our late teens / early 20's. It was the coolest shite ever. You mean I can basically just find a girl I talked to the other day on here even though I didn't get her number??? COOL!!! We went from fishing for dates with our regular hooks to fishing with grenade launchers in a swimming pool.

I think today's kids will be less enamored by it and will be much better about limiting their screen time than we were as young adults. At least thats my hope.
