You're right. It's 663lbs.

How could a bar and non awkward lift possibly help add 20lbs

Didn’t happen. And even if a person is strong enough to farmers walk with a recently purchased road grader, it means they also own a tractor capable of unloading the grader with a chain even without a front end loader.

And anyone that owns both a grader and a tractor isn’t stupid enough to try to man handle even the lightest of implements.

Try again big baw.

Deadlift isn't an Olympic event. The women's Olympic record for clean & jerk is 396 lbs. For reference, Lewis Neal set the LSU football record for the clean at 391 lbs in 2016. So, the player with the best power clean in the history of LSU football could not beat this year's gold medalist.

Without any training beyond what you have right now? Just getting out of the recliner and competing.

Weightlifting would be the top weight class. Same for boxing.

So in the womens 87KG+ (192 lbs) weight category the winner had the following lifts:

140 KG snatch (308 lbs)
180 kg clean and jerk (396 lbs)

The womens 49kg class winner had the following:

103 snatch (227 lbs)
133 clean and jerk (293lbs)

No way your fat arse is getting off the couch and beating that.
Also the womens boxing winner would starch you in under a minute.

Notice a said 4 ft distance? I had to get it to the gate of the trailer.

We aren't all manlets.

That's pretty damned impressive. Clean and jerk is super impressive too, but snatching 300+ is very impressive to me even for a guy.

Sliding 600 pounds is a lot different than picking it completely off the ground and walking with it farmer style.

Don’t backpedal baw. Backpedaling is only for athletes.

Just looked at women's olympic boxing page (first time for everything). The top weight for female boxers is "middleweight" which is 152-165.

So under the OP's criteria you'd be boxing 152-165 lb women. Probably still kick your arse but from a weight, strength, reach standpoint they might struggle against a large man with any sort of boxing background. Non-boxing/amateur man would have to knock them out though, because they'd be able to win on points in the third round when you are sucking wind.

I'm not saying there's a sport that I could beat them in. I'm asking anyone else.

I was just pointing out before someone says that they'd beat the weightlifters and choose the lowest class.

BTW, overweight, but not fat... 6'3"/213 lbs yesterday

The winning time in women’s 100 meter was 10.6. My nephew ran that in high school.

Yes thousands of trained male sprinters could win Olympic gold competing against females. But OP was asking about people posting on the OT.

I'm sure you are joking. The Women's WR is 10.49 in the 100m. Since a lot of male athletes in traditional sports (i.e., football players) run the 40 yard and not the 100m there have been studies done to try and correlate the two. On average it's estimated that a 10.49 100m would convert to around a 4.35 40 yard dash. There are a handful of NFL guys at the combine each year that could do this with a little extra training at that distance. NOBODY on the OT could do this.
All of this is bullshite.

Almost 80 high school boys run faster than the women’s WR every year.

I’m out of shape, but I’d have to choose boxing. I’d probably take some licks, but I could knock a bitch out with one punch.

Okay? What part of elite HS sprinters being able to break the women's WR make any part of what I said bullshite?

I'm not backpedaling. I picked it up and carried it 4ft rather than hooking a chain to it to avoid damaging the trailer.

There are more than a handful of NFL players than can run a 10.49 100m.

I agree there are more than a handful of NFL players that could do it. But I said a handful at each combine, which I'm sure equals more than a handful at anytime in the NFL. I'll submit it's more like a few of handfuls at each combine, but still talking about the top 10 percent or so at each combine - mostly fast skill players.

My point is that you need to be a very fast player by NFL standards to run a 10.5 100m

Also you indicated that ALL of what I said was bullshite. The main point I stated was in response to the guy that said he could win the women's 100m (probably joking) to which I saying unless you can run in the 4.3-4.4 40 yard dash range, you likely have no chance at running a 10.5 100m. How many people on the OT do you think can go run a 4.4 40 right now?

Henry Ruggs' 4.27 is one of the fastest 40s of recent... he ran a 10.58 in high school, setting the alabama record. I know several h.s. kids do go sub 10.5, but thought I'd throw an nfl comparison in the mix.
