What is your life’s purpose?

I feel like this is a never ending searching for me. I have tried to flip the script a bit within my own life by acknowledging the great things I have going for me: health (as far as I know), a healthy daughter, a good relationship, parents who can still get around.
I battle depression, but I think I’ve done a decent job of keeping that in check lately. I think lately, I’ve fallen short in my ability to get excited about much of anything. I’m like an NCP in a video game or an extra in a movie.
I don’t get too low, but I don’t get too high. I’ve been getting back to church, spending plenty of time outside. I can still get buried in a hobby. At the end of the day, I just tend to return to a level state. It’s similar to anhedonia I suppose, but I don’t feel miserable or upset.
Unfortunately, I don’t think I’m capable of doing something like climbing a mountain or jumping out of a plane to get my senses going. What inspires you guys?

I learned it within the last year. It’s a major part of depression, but I think it can sum up tons of people that wouldn’t consider themselves truly depressed.

Not all of us are inspired humans, and none of us I think can force it.
