Who the hell are they designing these for?

I have my fair share of #gainz but am certainly no muscle man, and every pair of jeans or slacks I try on are cut so tight in the leg. I end up having to go up some waist sizes and that's almost just as bad.

Do I have to get custom tailored pants just to get a normal fitting pair?

You act like this is a huge inconvenience. Buy a belt and move on with your life.

Is this what you consider "normal fitting"?

Ballin makes a great pair of pants - they still need to be tailored. Mclavy will keep your measurements and you can just pick them up. Ballin are no pleat fronts and straight leg. I'll never buy a pair of anything else.

Where are you shopping? This is likely the problem.

Say what you will about Fred's fashion sense, but he knew how to keep Ethel in line.

I think I'm becoming more modern, as I've finally reached the point where larger cut clothes annoy me more than slimmer fitting clothes.

I sure as frick don't qualify. They make those pants for someone who is 6'1" 140lbs. I'm not fat and have been 175-185 since I played ball in college. Hate wearing those tight as pants. Always feel like the seams are gonna bust in the legs. For the OP, I generally wear Ralph Lauren (may mean I'm OT poor) and they fit just fine.
