What do you do to combat anxiety?

Face it baws, everyone deals with it on a daily basis.
Whether work or otherwise-related, it affects everybody in different ways. I personally have been dealing with quite a bit lately.
Do you use prescription medication? Does exercise take care of it? Do you turn to alcohol?
I find that mindfulness is one of the most effective ways to combat stress.

Trying therapy.
Reassurance that everything is, on the surface, fine. I can pay my bills. I have a wife whom I love. I have my health. Definitely doesn't fix the underlying issues, but it helps me keep it all in perspective.

Xanax. Not something I take every day ( think I’ve taken 1 maybe in the last 2 weeks ) I try to push through.. but I keep in my pocket in case it’s overwhelming

Make myself a Manhattan. Something therapeutic about making my own cocktail. Also the massive amounts of rye help

My wife has terrible anxiety and panic attacks. The only thing that helps is xanax, and not always that. She's tried all that other crap, it doesn't work for her. Her shrink is at a loss.

I'm chill, I don't let anxiety get to me like a snowflake

Rational emotive behavioral therapy

I take medication, and I try to distract myself from the irrational things that I worry about. Sometimes it works, other times it doesn’t.

Lift weights, exercise, eat right.
Seriously, anytime I have been moderately anxious about something, its gone after a workout. Plus knowing that I’m in better shape than 85% of Americans gives a nice confidence boost, and makes it hard to worry about things

Xanax before bed when needed. Not every night but every now and then
