pretty good actually.
Seems to work well for millions of people. And their problems.

I masturbate.
It can be a bit awkward at times, but it never fails.

I don't get anxious about little things, really. Out of nowhere, I'll experience a physical sensation akin to the only time I've had a legitimate panic attack. I go back in to that hypochondriatic spiral I talked about earlier.
exact same and usually it is sativa. maybe they are just far too potent for me these days. look on leafly or somewhere and I am the 2-3% that fall under the paranoia, etc category.

Actually I pose another question:
Is it weird that I don't get anxiety at what seems like the frequency people are saying in this thread?
I can maybe count on my hand the amount of times i've felt whats described in the past year.
Maybe im boring

I take CBD oil for pain. Something I noticed was that it lowered anxiety a lot.

I find that mindfulness is one of the most effective ways to combat stress.
Being honest helps. That could mean a lot of things like being honest with your boss that you have too many projects and need help for example. But, if you are currently lying to yourself or others then you will have tons of anxiety.
Then add a healthy diet and exercise.
Tried pills and they did nothing. Did the above and works perfectly.

Learn to tune it out, the sun more than likely is going to shine tomorrow whether we are here or not, the days and jobs are still going to be there

What I don't do is watch Mississippi State sports or
Pelicans basketball and Alvin Gentry.

Run. I have yet to start a run with a lot of stress, worry, ect, and finish that run without feeling much better about everything. Especially these long run of 13-20 miles.

My wife has terrible anxiety and panic attacks. The only thing that helps is xanax, and not always that. She's tried all that other crap, it doesn't work for her. Her shrink is at a loss.
I have similar experiences with my wife. But mine does not take any medication because the fears of unintended side effects are part of her anxiety.
She is receiving counseling. Even if the results are minimal, paying somebody else a negligible copayment to listen to her once a week is SO worth it. She feels like she is unburdening herself with chatter that I do not value, and somebody else is validating her feelings and trying to redirect her thoughts in a healthier direction. It may not generate the results I’d like to see, but I’ll gladly pay that maintenance fee the rest of my life.
