We get a rotating variety of Onyx every two weeks.
Onyx is good, but they've grown so big that I prefer Prodigal Coffee and SEY Coffee over Onyx.

Graffeo, Half and Half Roast. I'm not the main coffee consumer in the family. Wife is, but Graffeo works well for both of us (De Longhi Magnifca Plus machine).

Typical "Coffee Scoop" is 2 tbsp.

I'm Community Breakfast blend usually about 10cups water to 8 tablespoons (4scoops) of ground coffee.

Well, I guess New Orleans east is near.

5500 Chef Menteur Hwy, New Orleans, LA 70126 One of these dinglebears even downvoted me for saying I drink Folger's black silk. His mammy may have worked at the plant back in the day.

Stocking Mill Roasters. All are made to order and takes a few weeks to deliver.

Dark

Medium

Those 2 are my faves but all their coffee is great. Been buying from them over 5 years now.

This one is hard to get and sells out within an hour when he can get it. Lots of fake Jamaican out there this is the real deal certified too. He sells the barrels afterwards for charity.

They must use bourbon street puddle water in their production process because it’s the worst coffee on earth.

Pete’s Major Dickinson blend is my go to. It’s is nice so many locals are starting to sell beans. I pick a dark roast up here and there from farmers markets. A lot of those are nice.

Folgers Black Silk

This is what we have at the shop where I work. I was skeptical, but it is pretty good.

If you're in the BR or NOLA area, that French Truck Commander's Palace blend is the bomb diggity.
