It's not though. Look at the instructions on any coffee bag, it usually says 2tbsp per 6oz of water. The reason most people beat their chest and say "I drink 6 cups of coffee a day!" is because they're drinking tinted water
To answer OP, I use French Truck or a local brand from Mandeville called Flamjeaux. Grind fresh every day.

I just use HEB brand for the price as a daily use coffee.
I still appreciate a great cup of coffee. But I enjoy the best products sparingly to keep them special.

Kirkland Colombia blend. I have a Keurig and use the refillable K-cup. I fill the K-cup about 3/4 full for a 12 oz. setting. Drink about two of those on weekday mornings and one on weekend mornings. Every now and then I'll stop at a SB or CC and just get a regular medium roast coffee. I don't do all the fancy stuff.

Community Espresso or Cafe Bustelo or a mixture of both, using a pour over cup.

For a better change up, try community dark and bold expresso. One of the best flavors of coffee out there for the larger brands. I make it per instructions on the bag.

I was going to say you were FOS but I’m pretty sure my scoop is 2 tbsp and I use 2 for 28oz half carafe. Pretty close .
