UA and FootJoy golf shirts
Adidas golf shorts
Brooks running shoes
Nike running shorts
Champion running shirts (or whatever race shirt I grab)
Balega running socks

My Nike shorts are old but have lasted forever.

Some friends swear by Rhoback golf shirts. I may buy a couple this spring.

In Motion - the Target brand is a decent cheaper version, I like their shorts

BCG shorts and an old tshirt. If you are in the gym worried about what you are wearing you aren't there to actually get a pump because anyone really working in there is going to ruin their clothes overtime. So why buy expensive clothes unless you are a chick of course?

For decades this was a K-mart brand. What happened a few years ago that elevated it to a popular brand?

Cheap end: Target All-In-Motion brand is really good quality basic stuff. Things like joggers, shorts, plain athletic T shirts where you want a decent base level quality but not worth spending top dollar on

Higher end: Rhoback for hoodies - their hoodies are one of my favorite things to wear. Lots of different pattern options, and the cut and fit and material are next level. Their polos are worth the money too but you aren’t asking about that
Lululemon - for higher end of everything else

Shoes: Adidas for general workout training etc. On Cloud for pure running

and Asics.

asics makes the best lightweight running shorts out there imo.

Rhoback polos are fantastic. They’re worth the difference in price over other brands. Their hoodies are next level for general comfort and athletic wear. Not the warmest thing though

The best ever was Nautica Sport Tech. I think it's defunct. But I have a polo and a button down "summer" shirts that I bought in 1999 and they are still in rotation.

I pick up Reebok dry fit shirts from Marshall’s frequently. They fit me well and aren’t too thin, aren’t too thick, snug in the chest/arms and not too baggy in the midsection.

The quality didn't get better as well? Just a night and day shift in popularity.
