I have Social Anxiety Disorder, so my life is fully of cringy moments.
And even when there are normal moments, I’ll interpret them as cringy and replay them in my head over and over and over and over and over...some for dozens of years.

I was at one of those Discovery Zone type places for my niece's birthday party. A guy walked up, stood beside me, and started talking, pointing out his kid, and just shooting the shite like we were old pals.
I finally asked, "Do I know you?" He looked at me like I was nuts and said, "I'm Johnny from the building." Dude was a janitor in our building who I knew by name and had spoken to about three times a week for years. But he was out of his work uniform and cap, and I had no clue it was him.
For a good while after that, I was like Doug Heffernan when I saw him. "Johnnnnny! My man. What's going on buddy? How's that little girl of yours?"

When I was a teenager I was driving somewhere and everyone seemed to be driving like a grandma. I was whipping in and out of lanes, passing everyone, cutting people off, and generally driving like an a-hole. Then I got to the hearse.

Friend told me this one last week. Someone that worked for him called in sick on Sunday. A different employee told him, the manager, that the employee said he was going to call in the day before because his sister was having a baby. The day after the call in my friend went to the employee in a smart arse way and said Congratulations on being an uncle. The employee told him no, I called in because my sister had a miscarriage. Ouch, tough to respond to that.

I am crying laughing at the thought of seeing someone do this.

Just witnessed dozens of cars do this on the I-220. We're packed up in both lanes going about 50 mph. I can see a cop light in the distance so surmise it is a funeral we are behind. Relax and settle in.
Almost every car that came up behind us started zig zagging in and out of lanes, determined to get past what I guess they thought was a coincidental half-mile gathering of drag-asses in front of them.
They eventually figured it out, but it worried me that so many people were so damned stupid.

Yes, but how is that relevant?
Because a mouth breather like you shouldn’t be allowed to talk to me. Roll away good sir.

I was going down the road and had to take a dump in a pretty dire way. I stopped at a McDonalds and ran straight to the restroom. When I got to the stall, I noticed it was very clean. I finished up and as I was washing my hands a lady walked out of the stall by me. Distracted by my contractions I went into the women’s bathroom. That was some awkward hand washing.

When I was in high school, like freshman year, I thought it’d be cool to ask this girl to be my girlfriend by making a YouTube video and sending her the link.
I mean it was fricking heartfelt, too. Saying things like “spontaneous” which in my NWLA accent came out as “spawntaneous”. Think I said something like “she’s a Christian and makes me want to be better” or some shite like that. Real fricking lame.
She says yes and was happy I asked her. However, she showed it to one of her friends...who showed it to one of my friends...who showed it to MY ENTIRE frickING CLASS.
Me and my buddies just talked about that last week I believe. Can’t believe that I thought that was a good idea and I scrubbed that video from the internet with the quickness.

This is kinda dorky, but on a recent Uber trip:
Driver - What do you guys do?
Me and wife - We're attorneys, I'm a litigator she's in real estate
Driver - Oh cool, do you ever do Eats?
Wife - REITs? Yeah, why do you know about REITs?
Driver - Uh, yeah, I do Eats, do you like it?
Extremely awkward 5 minute conversation between the wife, talking about real estate investment trusts, and driver, talking about Uber Eats, takes place.
We didn't figure out WTF was going on until after getting out of the car.

Mine is bad and I cringe even thinking about it. I just started a new job and flew out to Dallas to a training seminar. The first day we do a breakfast meet and greet and the owner of the company is there and we’re sitting at a big arse meeting/round table. Owner gets up and wants everyone to introduce themselves and say something about themselves. No biggie. Well he gets to me and I introduce myself and for some reason I get emotional introducing myself(choking back tears and shite) but I make it through. There was nothing to get emotional about, it was the first time and the last time as an adult this has happened. I literally have no idea why that happened. Still baffles me to this day. I don’t even know why I’m sharing this. I had to spend the next two days with these people training. I still feel like a pussy to this day.

In high school, I babysat for a young couple with two boys. The mom was a blonde with gigantic tits.
One night, I sent the boys to bed, and I went to the basement to take a shite, because there was a quiet bathroom next to the laundry room. I noticed there was a laundry basket full of the missus' undergarments, so as a hormonal teenager, I was compelled to take a peek.
Anyway, while I'm elbow deep in their mother's panties, the boys come downstairs saying they couldn't sleep. They asked what I was doing, so I said I dropped my wallet, and they bought it.
36 DDD for those curious.
