I tend to listen to political podcasts. I also bought a brand new pair of Bluetooth headphones for travel.

While getting settled in my seat for a flight (aisle, and the window passenger was in place) I decided to fire up a Rogen podcast who had Steven Crowder who was making fun of the political environment. I was half way through the interview from earlier listening. I hit play and could barely hear “fricking nazi’s everywhere. Everyone is a Nazi...”. At that point realizing Bluetooth hadn’t connected and it was blaring on my speaker. I look around in horror as a black woman in the aisle stares down at me and everyone else is staring holes in my head. The gentleman next to me says “well you have to listen to the other side sometimes” (I still don’t know what he was meaning). Commence a 2 hour awkward flight.

I was on a heater at the craps table and was trying to hold my pee until I had a break.

Didn't make it. Pissed on myself at the craps table at 5 in the morning.

When I was about 16 I was a pool cleaner and being a 16 year old I decided to wank my willy in the very very nice caverned in part of this very nice pool. They had cameras. The home owner sent the video to my boss, my grandparents.

It’s an unspoken thing that has never been talked about again. Still makes me cringe when I see a nice pool...

I was going into a suite in an office building. Everything about the door of the suite indicated it was a pull door. I pulled it about 5 times and it wouldn't move and someone on the other side then pulled it, making me realize it was a push door.

Was at a funeral when I was introduced to a friend of my father in law. We were discussing his daughter heading off to college and how it had been shopping for a segway device. I, thinking that she must be some spoiled millenial, commented, "Hey, how about this? How bout she walk to class like everyone else?" He looked at me for a second, paused, and responded, "Well....she's in a wheel chair."

I wanted to crawl into the coffin with the body, have them put me in the ground with it, and throw dirt on top of me.

However, I'm still not exactly sure how someone in a wheel chair that can't walk was going to use a segway, but I wasn't really in a position to press further.

My first few days (maybe weeks) in the working world I called my peers "sir" and "maam", strictly out of habit. Looking back, and even hearing young professionals do it now, makes me cringe.

That awkward moment when the "dead" hooker jumps out of the trunk and runs, it gets worse when it becomes apparent she can run faster in one high heel then you can with the Tyvek suit around your knees and the slick booties on your shoes.

Pro tip, don't open the trunk until the hole is dug.

I have another one. I was slightly inebriated at a festival a couple years ago. I saw a woman that I knew and talked to her for 10 minutes about how I just saw and talked to her daughter. She looked puzzled and told me that I definitely didn't see her daughter. I pressed on and assured her that I most definitely did! I realized later that I was talking to a different woman than I thought and I, in no way, talked to her 10 year old daughter for an hour while drunk at this festival.
