Walking for 20min AND Vitamin B-12 complex will help.

Stress and anxiety, burn up B-12 vitamins

ALSO

Dancing like a fool, to your favorite dance tunes, til you break out in a sweat will also help

Thats fair Sabi, anything you put in your body affects each and everyone differently.

Just like all the posts I see about people saying to smoke weed for anxiety. Weed actually gives me more anxiety. It didnt back in highschool/early college. But Its cool if it helps you, im all for that

Now I feel like a dick.

Weed CAN me anxiety too, but I hear they made a strain that doesn't give you the head high that much.

I don't know. I just work out everyday, eat well, and just cope. I drink water and walk outside when I have an attack. They are very few and far between, but they suck when they happen.

Absolutely. Thats all you can do.

When i start feelin anxious, which isnt as common anymore, the best cure in the world is some exercise. Like someone said earlier, it causes the mind to focus about something else in a sense.

Anyone have any good meditation or exercise techniques?

My daughter was telling me this just this morning that she has had relief by using a knobble on the pressure points at the base of the skull. So there's that.

There are those creepy assed whispering videos on YouTube. One girl even lightly crinkles paper while whispering.

Weird.

The guys who mentioned exercise are right. Wearing yourself good for the body and the mind. Maybe even the soul.

Nothing will help more than a near death experience. Hopefully, you don't go through that.

You should send an email to Urban Meyer and seek his advice.

Exercise and moderate drinking. You can define " moderate" to suit your needs.

Good god, its called BREATH.Count to ten. Hell scream, watch a funny movie, etc....
Unless you're dealing with a tragedy like death or serious illness, money issues(lost job)not figuring out how to pay for presents and crap like that. There isn't much in life that should give you so much grief.

I feel like the only people who recommend float tanks are people who own float tank businesses. seems like you could do the same thing in a tub with the lights out.

I don't own a float tank business. No you cannot get the same experience in a tub with the lights out. Nowhere close. It makes no difference to me if anyone doesn't want to try it. I'm merely offering a suggestion to someone that is seeking help.

Like everyone else has said, exercise and weed.

I find getting really drunk once a week helps too.
