Problem was spiders and their egg sacs (webs). House on the bay and some years problems is big. Never able to get insecticide up there but Pressure Wash Service has been effective for removing eggs sacs and webs....

FWIW I had a similar idea for spraying eaves about 24' high. Bought a gun with longest advertised range. I filled it with water and was able to hit the eaves. But found that with insecticide added there was additional viscosity that limited the range. No bueno....
