"Sex Dungeon" seems to have fallen out of favor, and now they refer to them as "Home Office." We all know what it is.

This is honestly why I don't trust many women realtors. They're great at lying and tend to let more effort into their photos

Calling the master bedroom the "primary suite"

I know why they are doing it, but they need to change that term. To me, saying primary would imply there is at least 1 other suite in the house.

The one that has always got me was "lake access". I lived in SE New Mexico for a while, we were 15 miles from a lake...but if you wanted to you could access the damned lake. I get it if it is a private lake but a COE lake???? I could access a COE Lake in Georgia from my home in Germany.

Yeah you can visually see very easily if there is enough room for a pool without even stepping in the property. It's stupid.

Also probably ought to check the HOA, zoning etc. cause there is a damned good chance in most of America today that even if you have a massive back yard either your neighbors or the county has to grant you permission to use it...a real estate agent damn sure can't. Shops are another good example...detached buildings of more than about 300 square feet are generally problematic in any kind of development.

Because realtors suck donkey balls. They are lying weasels. Cannot stand them.

Our last listing agent told us how hot the market was and in her defense, had the house sold in a week. Okay. Get a bunch of contingency demands from buyers, I tell the listing agent it goes back on the market. "oooooooooooohhhhhhhhh yeahhhhhhhhh the market just tanked cant do that"

The hotest real estate market in a top neighborhood did not crater in five days. My lying weasel realtor did not want to actually do any work.

It's always something like that. They don't even try to hide it.

I always love the "exclusive listing by" tag. Literally nobody but these brain dead realtors gives the first shite about that.

Why list that if it's not under construction?
