I just finished up all my work for the day and was bored and I was thinking, well ThePoo, you can either get on Tinder or you can, as you put it, jerk off to track...and I chose here
but now my day has been ruined, and I feel like you don't even care at all!

You can claim you don't care (despite quoting me first and continuing to post in this thread) but it won't change the fact that Texas is the only SEC school with more NCAA titles than UF
Yes, correct, I can claim it quite easily actually

Men's national championships (27)
Baseball (1): 2017
Basketball (3): 2006 • 2007 • 2025[45]
Football (3): 1996 • 2006 • 2008[46]
Golf (5): 1968 • 1973 • 1993 • 2001 • 2023[47]
Indoor track and field (5): 2010 • 2011 • 2012 • 2018 • 2019[33]
Outdoor track and field (7): 2012 • 2013 • 2016 • 2017 • 2022 • 2023 • 2024
Swimming and diving (2): 1983 • 1984
Tennis (1): 2021
Women's national championships (22)
Golf (2): 1985 • 1986[48]
Gymnastics (4): 1982 • 2013 • 2014 • 2015[49]
Indoor track and field (2): 1992 • 2022[50]
Outdoor track and field (1): 2022
Soccer (1): 1998[51]
Softball (2): 2014 • 2015[52]
Swimming and diving (3): 1979 • 1982 • 2010[53]
Tennis (7): 1992 • 1996 • 1998 • 2003 • 2011 • 2012 • 2017[54]
All of the national championships listed above were sponsored by the NCAA other than football in 1996 (Bowl Alliance), football in 2006 and 2008 (BCS), women's gymnastics in 1982 (AIAW), and women's swimming and diving in 1979 (AIAW)
Remove football as that is not NCAA recognized, you are down to 46, remove 1982 gymnastics and 1979 swimming and diving as those are also not ncaa recognized, that moves you down to 44. What is being missed, Even including the swimming and diving would put you at 46, which is good for 4th

We have very different ideas of what "dodging a bullet means"

Whoever came up with that is brilliant. Whoever buys that isn't.
While I think the concept of divorce as something that should be celebrated is assinine
This does have the unintended benefit of a woman outwardly showing she is to be avoided at all costs, much like a septum ring or like those animals that have really bright colors instead of camoflauge as a warning
Title insurance if you choose to get it will like be somewhere between $2000-$2500
No idea what recording fees are in your area, generally for a deed recording its between $105-$135 in louisiana
No realtor fees to deal with, no lender fees, no lender title
Title company's fees will likely be between $650-$1000
Some things to consider. Tax pro-ration - you should be getting a pro-rated credit from seller for the amount of time he owned the home this year since you will be responsible for entirety of the tax bill (opposite if you are in orleans parish)
If in a flood zone, I would recommend assuming the existing flood policy from current owner as in most instances it will be cheaper than getting a new policy
If there is an HOA, you want to probably get any associated fees covered as part of closing and make the HOA aware prior to closing of pending sale, also make sure there are no outstanding balances from previous owner that they should be paying as part of closing (title company should handle this)

Sounds like FIFA is muddying the water
my only guess is the body shop did the work, he did not pay. body shop had it towed to designated towing company lot until he pays for all the work and associated storage fees

Woke up by tornado warning and severe lightning/thunder at about 5:30 in Lakeview. Rain dumped down for about 30 min but seems to be slacking, but every time I try to get just a littlebit more sleep another tornado warning goes off. Think I just got my 4th one about 3 min ago
