What are some absurd taglines you've seen in real estate listings?

Ran across one this morning on Zillow that was labeled "future pool"
No there is not a pool being constricted by some people flipping the house. They're merely saying that the back yard is big enough to accommodate a pool. Why even mention pool as a feature at all?

I find it annoying when they call it a "price improvement!" rather than just calling it what it is, a price reduction.

Because real estate agents are selling a vision ... they have to lead the customer since the customer is incapable of making decisions for themselves. Apparently.

My favorite line for all uncreative realtors is the
"Welcome to 123 Stupid St..."
"Welcome to this charming cottage..."
"Welcome to Greywood..."
It's like they don't know any other way to open up a marketing paragraph other than "welcome to"

Yeah you can visually see very easily if there is enough room for a pool without even stepping in the property. It's stupid.

Calling the master bedroom the "primary suite"

Technically, that's all they need to do with Greywood. It can sell itself, essentially.

So that the listing still pops up on targeted searches looking specifically for a pool.
Annoying as hell.

“Unlimited Potential!”

Changing the Master Bedroom’s name because slaves had masters.

Not real estate but hate when searching for a used truck and put in a max price of $25k and a shite ton of $70-$90k trucks come up because dealers on the sites listed the ‘down payment’ as the price.

Master is racist baw, get with it . Real estate is the job market where people with absolutely zero skills can be successful and feel important.

Primary suite is better than owner's suite.

It’s silly I know, but I grate when I hear “price point” bc just saying “price” means the same thing but sounds less sophisticated.

Neighbor listed their house "with floor plans for a 3rd bedroom" in the details... They had a contractor sketch to convert the separate structure garage into a bedroom.

I mean that's nice but not exactly an existing feature

I don't blame them for avoiding inevitable lawsuits.
