I went with my young daughter Friday night. No issues whatsoever. We had a good time Christmas shopping. Yes, traffic is a little heavy around the mall, but it’s Christmas and to be expected.
Now, the busiest day at the mall is the day after Christmas. That’s when traffic is crazy.

Now, on our way out the traffic was now backed up onto the interstate. Guess since it was a dreary rainy day most people slept in but our experience at the mall was nothing like the horror stories told here.
I posted something similar back in Summer. Mall was a madhouse for back-to-school shopping. But it was still rather pleasant. Friendly help at Vans store and couple of other places we went for the kids.
The OT shits on EVERYTHING.
BTW, The Gotcha bikes(bike rentals) in BR are still there at most locations. City Park, Downtown, Overpass area, etc.
They have not all been stolen in the first few months like the OT predicted.

you need to go check out the new Lazy Nerds store next to the Apple store. They have a bunch of weird clothes in there. My kid wanted the baby Yoda shirt.

I have to go to the mall this afternoon because I bought the wrong thing for my wife. I am dreading it so much. Probably stop and have a few beers before I go in there.
