This was mine. Boring is usually good on interstates IMO, but this one in particular just sucks. For example, most of 85 from west GA to Montgomery is boring, but it's fine. 16 just drags and there is nothing to break up the monotony

Yeah, a few years back I used to operate a locked wheel friction tester and had to test all the interstates in Georgia along with the state routes. 3 separate times I had to drive that entire road at 40mph, both directions. Just imagine the joy that was

Yeah, that was my thought as well. I'll take I-59 and I-20 to Atlanta just to avoid it. It's worth the extra 20 minutes. I-65 will give you a whole new appreciation for Laurel and Meridian.

Use to fish Lake Fork a lot back in the 90's and early 2000s. Pulling a Bass Boat on 1-20 to and from Tyler always sucked... Hitting 49 was a blessing..
