Yes. Armstrong is Woodward's, Kelly's, Sloan's, and Nuss' agent.
Its a significant conflict of interest when your AD, HC, OC, and QB all have the same agent.
If there's a chance ULM keeps it close or can even do it again....ratings.
Worked DUIs for years in my former life. It's sad the number of DUI officers that chase stats which is all tied to grant money.

There is a right way and wrong way, can always get the blood work, send it off, and wait for the results prior to signing an affidavit. But common sense is hard I guess.

I'm possibly out of date, but my experience is that: appropriate firearms are issued based on duty need not rank.

You are correct. It is by position, rank has nothing to do with it. For example, a MP 1SG is dual carry meaning M17/M4 while the CO CDR is M17. Some officers on Battalion and Brigade Staffs carry M4s and not M17s.

The funny part is the vast majority of Officers at my current assignment believe that they automatically carry an M17 and get real upset when theyre issued a M4.
St Lawrence Market is a must stop, multiple food options.

The EdgeWalk at CN Tower is incredible and could not recommend enough.
The DMZ isnt worth the trip since the JSA is closed. In Seoul the Tower, Lotte World, and the War Memorial of Korea are the usual go tos.

Can't recommend the War Memorial enough, it is a huge museum that goes through all of Korean history. It takes several hours to do it correctly.

1) Stitzel-Weller (the progressive walking tour)
2) Makers
3) Angel's Envy (its small but I really liked it)

Stitzel-Weller is different than all the other tours, it is more of a history of bourbon tour and you drink as you do it. You finish in Pappy's office. Also the Garden & Gun Club has one of the best Old Fashioneds you can find in Louisville.

Always thought it was about the odor of the Caped Crusader ?????
Thankful to be in the Army. She was awful.
I didn't think it could get worse, but when he said he estimated him at 10% over the speed limit...time to find a new career.

Just landed. Hanging out at the Tiki Bar at my hotel. Weather feels great!
Was a DUI cop for a little over 2 years. Wrote roughly 250 DUIs, have convictions on all but 2, they refused blood/breath and Judge didnt want convict for whatever reason. I just started getting search warrants after that.

I say all that to say there's a lot of special training to really know and understand drunk or drugged drivers. There are many officers that completely screw it up and arrest many who are not under the influence.

Then you have the bad ones who just want the arrest numbers and will make the most BS arrests.

It really is maddening especially when the number of drunk/drugged drivers on the road is so high.

Kendall you going to keep open the 15% off promo code you tweeted?

It's LSUKRR for those unaware.

Have they not totally locked down campus? People walking around, trucks driving around, people at loading docks, etc. I know it’s a big campus, but can they not form a perimeter and shut everything down?

Be next to impossible at this point with the size of campus and number of students/faculty/staff vs officers.

Couldn't imagine how big of a task it is to find a single guy on a campus that's numerous square miles with thousands of people out and about.

Today, MSU's contiguous campus consists of 5,300 acres (2,100 ha), 2,000 acres (810 ha) of which are developed. There are 563 buildings: 107 for academics, 131 for agriculture, 166 for housing and food service, and 42 for athletics. Overall, the university has 22,763,025 square feet (2,114,754.2 m2) of indoor space. Connecting it all is 26 miles (42 km) of roads and 100 miles (160 km) of sidewalks.

That's just a massive amount of space to search / clear.

Uh no. The conversation doesn't happen until an arrest happens.

Not necessarily. Could come in for a voluntary statement while not under arrest. Happens all the time. Always a very dumb move.
quote:

I wouldn’t be having any conversations with the cops unless an attorney was present. The cops motive is to try and build a case against you using your own words in the police report.

True. Also it tailors the argument your defense attorney can make once your statements are on record.

That last shot is not good and unnecessary. Going to be tough to argue self defense on this one.

Especially since it occurs after he secures the suspects firearm.
