Much like PInettas- it is not the food itself, it is the ridiculous "new" owners and their rules

I've always thought their style of pizza with an actual attention to care and quality could be rather great.

4.5 MILLION.
I love Fleur de Lis, but this woman owner is a money grubbing delusional nut. Sell it at a decent price if you actually want the "tradition" to continue. Short of a fair price, the owner is a selfish prick and cares zero about the history or customers.

We lived not far from Fleur de Lis when we lived in Baton Rouge about 10 years ago. We went twice.
First Experience:
-Cash only is dumb as shite
-The waitress we had was a TOTAL bitch
-It was both hot as frick inside, and so fricking dirty we contemplated leaving before even sitting down
-We ordered something simple straight off the menu, no substitutions or additions and they brought us the completely wrong pizza not once, but twice
Since some folks seemed to rave about it, we thought the first time was a fluke so we reluctantly tried it again a year-ish later and it was the same, if not worse, experience. Never went back.
