They didn’t say they reinvented pizza. That’s absurd. Yes they put it underneath. They don’t brag about it.

Papa John’s does it better
Posted on 3/9/23 at 2:50 pm to BilbeauTBaggins
Looks like a shithole. I doubt the pizza is good enough to offset that.

I'm interested in the pickled egg recipe for $3.50 if anyone wants to do a partnership.
You get literally everything else for whatever we can get them to agree to sell it for.

If the business was worth that much, they’d still be open.
They’re banking on someone who has nostalgia for the place way over paying to keep it open.
Property is worth maybe 200k. Business, name and contents another 2-300k. I wouldn’t pay over 500k. It’s a pizza joint, just cause it’s been there forever doesnt make it much more than a rundown pizza joint

Plus add in the fact that if you try to do their pizza it probably won't be exactly the same and the people that did like it will stop going to.
Then add in the amount of renovations it would take to get it into code and that could easily be another couple hundred thousand.

It was an iconic BR business that was eventually passed down to a mentally ill person who ran it into the ground. Now Rocca is the new Fleur de Lis.
To the maniac woman who fricked up a Baton Rouge landmark, congratulations. I'm sure your father or grandfather or whomever started the business 100 years ago would be very proud.

land more valuable
can build more condos and actually build a new restaurant and serve the same pizzas
You might get $1,350,000
