I see it, it’s wrapped around the pole as he makes the turn. Look above the tailgate and back about 1 foot.

To me it seems obvious as hell that the camera operator selected that specific vehicle to follow for some particular reason. Was the camera operator involved and making a publicity video for ISIS?

The camera operator is using a cell phone to zoom in on a stationary camera monitor

I'm guessing someone who rents a vehicle for the purpose of mowing down pedestrians and then blowing it up with a pipe bomb doesn't have the vehicle owner's interests in mind.
