New info according to abc the man went into the store and the woman waited for him to come out before she got out with the gun. She is cooked
The victim was moving very casually.

I am not seeing the part in the video about him going inside the Walmart first while leaving car blocking the spot anywhere else yet, and that tweet was from July 3rd by a news station in the greater Los Angeles area not one in Florida. Original story on abcnews was on July 2nd. https://abcnews.com/US/man-fatally-shot-walmart-parking-lot-dispute-parking/story?id=134422575
Reporter on video might be misinterpreting some info instead of pushing anything new.
I still want to know what was different between threat level when lady backed out of camera’s view without shooting him compared to just before he was shot as after she backed out of view he walks by like it’s over until she got closer and steadied gun on top of car pointing it at him walking by before he turns back. Just coming back to front side of car causes her to shoot when she didn’t before while being backed out of view. Just with video and no sound his actions seemed more aggressive when she backed out of view earlier than his actions just before she shot him.
I still can’t see leaving car with gun ready as necessary yet without more info about entire incident including what was being said and who she was on the phone with (especially with how she kept it low at first while waiting on him and covering it and herself behind another car until it left), but until more places report on him going inside first I have some doubts about that particular aspect.

Just going by the full video alone. More than likely this is definitely going to trial in my opinion. That being said, I don't see a murder conviction happening. But I wouldn't be surprised if a lesser charge stuck.
The guy was aggressively approaching a woman with a gun pointed at him. That is a man who obviously doesn't care anything about his life. I can very easily see her being in fear for her life at that moment.
That being said, she did step out of her vehicle in the situation with the gun already pulled. I'm honestly not sure of the legality of that. One could argue that she was an equal participant as far as escalation goes.
Witness testimony as to what the 2 of them were saying to each other will probably be very important I'd imagine.

At that point wouldn't it be him that feared for his life?
I don't know what led up to it. But she had the gun out first. Now if he's following her around saying I'm going to kill you, that's a bit different.

The second this happened, she is the aggressor

Considering the race of both involved they are probably making sure all their ducks are in a row before they file charges....

It's been a week and still no charges. well, this sets a precedent I never thought I'd see:
If a thug is acting thuggish around you, brandish. If he walks in your direction, it's open season.
Let the FAFO fest begin.
