What I am trying to get at is that race is entirely irrelevant here and should play little into whether we determine it to be a good shoot or bad shoot.

It's not, but there is a proportionality component.
That's what's likely going to get Chud the Builder a conviction.
But the female:male issue presents an argument justifying proportionality (for non-feminists who understand the biological realities)
Like I said, prosecuting this will be a nightmare. You have to avoid women and black people on your jury, and hope you get 12 poli board regulars to have a shot.

That is why I agree with SFP here. The likelihood that a jury will convict is lower in this situation, especially with female vs male, not even race.
Race would likely play a factor for some, but simply the gender aspect is heavily in the female’s favor.
I don’t envy the prosecutor.
