Chud the Builder case will be a referendum on self defense in America.

If the left is able to successfully prosecute someone for defending themselves after being assaulted for saying “fighting words,” then our right to self defense is over.
He was assaulted from behind after walking away and shot the guy in the stomach and he was shot in the arm. Obviously there was a struggle for the gun. The black guy was not charged.
This is absolute bullshite. A $1.25 million bond when you have killers let out on much less.
I’m donating to his legal defense fund.

this has nothing to do with politics
a mentally ill person filmed himself insulting and provoking people for months in an attempt to bait someone into a altercation so he could shoot them and claim self defense
he then posts another tweet threatening to kill someone a week before this incident where he allegedly approaching someone who yelled at him.
This was outside of a courthouse so presumably there is surveillance

Austin metcalf’s killer got a $250k bond and is free right now before the trial. Chud didn’t even kill anyone and his bond is $1.25 million. Make it make sense.

Yeah,
I'm not thinking this is going to be a difficult case for the prosecution.
It's one thing to go looking for this exact situation that hard. It's another thing to post about it online before the glorious day that you get just the right guy to make it happen.
And I'm not sure this guy is mentally ill. He seems like millions of other citizens around his age. Poisoned by the internet, yes. Mentally ill...I don't know.

You are way off. Cameras cover every angle of that courthouse. If he didn't attempt to defuse the situation, which he never does, and he just pulled his gun then he will be found guilty.
With that said, he will get a fair trial in Clarksville.
