Not that she had to, but she retreated and he followed her.
She literally “stood her ground” and dealt with the threat.
He should have known not to press her. A parking spot is not worth dying over.

Can’t wait to see the whole situation and hear the audio. I have my thought on what happened…. I think going back into the car and getting the gun and escalating the argument to the next level is going to be a real problem for her.

When it comes to the legality of the shoot, race is irrelevant.
If a white woman shooting a black male in this situation is justified, so is this one.
Either both would be good shoots or both would be bad shoots.

I'm talking about the reactions to both videos, not giving a legal analysis of the situation. It doesn't matter what future evidence shows about the legal matter because the reacts are based off what we have now.
Legally, she probably used disproportionate force, but I'm also not a feminist and don't believe men and women present proportionate physical threats. Also, regardless of the letter of the law, I would rather quit than be picked to prosecute this case. It's going to be a near impossible task to convict her without some REALLY damning evidence that a judge will permit to be admitted at the trial.

Had the races been reversed, many saying that it was a bad shoot would hold the opposite view.
Based on what I can see in the videos provided, unless there is evidence that she went to her car, got the gun, exited the car, and continued the confrontation, i will stand by what i posted.
