So you’re saying she was in such fear for her life that she exited her vehicle anticipating that this man would harm her?

If that’s the case. You don’t get out of the car.

You can’t intentionally put yourself in a position where you fear for your life just to shoot someone. She had every opportunity to flee. She has no stand your ground case whatsoever

Guilty
She had no ground to stand. She went to her vehicle and retrieved the firearm then continued to bait the dude.

Sounds like she was super threatened lol.

She’s done no doubt about it
Gotta love the conflicted dolts who know it’s murder but think they are self defense experts because they took a conceal carry class with Downrange Danny so they say it’s clean.

She didn’t retreat. She walked to the adjoining parking space. You could even say she baited him. Plenty of open space. Plenty of opportunities to actually distance herself. Plenty of opportunity to get in her car.

Definitely murder and will be convicted.

LSU QB doesn’t get a preferred invite to an elite QB camp. So elite QB camp is no longer elite. LOL

The dude got an invite for what amounts to a mid tier college qb. He wanted an elite or preferred invite. He isn’t elite. So they told him to kick rocks.

And for the record Sam turned down his invitation, thank you for your concern.
Seems the old farm equipment is in dire need of tune up

So what if it isn't?

Because that’s not what hunting is about. It’s actually the complete opposite of what hunting is about.. you know conservation. Something hunters from Louisiana and south Mississippi have never and will never learn.

No different than the knuckle draggers 150 years ago that almost wiped out entire species.

Show up on a piece of property that I hunt, public or private cosplaying Lee Lakosky and I will lay your arse out

Buddy you found a rut funnel in Kansas. Now you and all of your buddies run a train on it come November. 100% the problem with new age YouTube hunters

I’m sure that will be a jam up spot in the future lol

The Louisiana way. Yall lil fellers have never learned. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should.

Disagree with the guy all you want but he is literally saying a word to get reactions and create content. He has made well over a million in the last week alone. So is he really the dumb one here?

Won’t even go to trial
“Enjoying the resource”. frick off. You’re not enjoying the resource. You’re abusing the resource- it’s a great place for you to ride and that’s the only reason you do it.

It’s gotten out of hand on Talladega as well. Word is it ain’t gonna be going on for much longer, better abuse it while you can

Truth. If it’s visible from a road. Bird will be killed by you or someone else.

There were WAY too many purchases from people who couldn't even load a magazine. I made it a point to run a quick basic operations before I handed the firearm over.

This is what you get with the new age tacticool culture. Guys that run a few thousand rounds through an AR, suddenly become a gun experts, then criticize anyone who doesn’t do things the way that they do.

People need to mind their business
Kind of surprised to see how many people actually believe that Barry was killed in a shootout

If One was to go into protective custody, they would for sure want the cartel to know they refused protective custody. Hiding in plain sight would be much easier once the cartel guns you down on your way to work at the Salvation Army lol

Dude probably lived a somewhat normal life after his “death”

That is a horrible take on the situation. There are tons of anti-hunting groups lobbying for anti-hunting legislation any giving day.

The odds of them being successful are literally zero. Ain’t happening.

Deer doggers are more trouble than they are worth. Cause far too many disturbances for private land owners and actually turn many folks into anti hunters who would otherwise not give a shite about hunting in general.

Not sure of details but seems they are coming after dog hunting very hard. This is like gun control. First they come for the deer hounds, next thing you know they come for your retrievers. We need to hold on to every inch we have.

This is literally what dog runners and dog hunting orgs have beat into the minds of other hunters, in order to protect their own interests.

Come on man. Ain’t nobody coming for a retriever! Ain’t nobody coming for anyone’s hunting rights. lol

But it’s high time to get rid of deer dogging. Shut it down

I live in the country and usually have a rifle in a case in my back seat. I would (and do) think nothing of pulling over to look at deer standing in a field, day or night.

Ok cool. I do too.. unless I have my rifle in my truck, then I consider the possible trouble it could make for myself. Kinda like taking a pistol with you to a protest against law enforcement, it’s just dumb.

I’ve been checked twice this year by green jeans. Both times at night. I was parked on the side of gravel road checking trail cam pics on my phone both times. He asked to see my rifle. Once he saw it was in a case and unloaded he said have a good night.

Sure I could have had it loaded and within reach. But I would rather make my life easier and remove all doubt. Not do something just because I can.

As much as this particular guy night hunts, he knows the law. He used a technicality to weasel his way out of a life changing charge.
quote:

Not sure how you could ascertain any of that from the video.

Like I said. Just my opinion. The boy is a well known predator hunter (at night). And has taken some big deer. Certainly not a crime but you better be on your p and q’s because that is gonna draw a little attention in itself.

Having said that. You glass a deer at night (which he admitted to) and have a loaded rifle with thermal within reach, and have a lookout/driver (which is how most all night road hunters operate)…

Yeah he was 100%night hunting, absolutely no doubt in my mind. You don’t stop and look at deer in that situation. He knows that. Green jeans knows that. Which is also why he continues playing dumb saying “so it’s a crime if you don’t shine a light on em?” So he knows you shouldn’t shine deer but doesn’t understand that using thermal is an invisible spotlight? Lol yeah sure bud. He would have lit that deer up had he seen heat.

Road night hunters are absolute scum of the earth.
Might have been night hunting, probably was in my just my opinion. Girlfriend was the lookout using the mono and would have taken over driving had he shot and while he drags the deer to the road.

But a strong case ain’t built on might’s and maybe’s.

I decided to hunt public for my first time this season and was pretty anxious about it due to the negative stereotypes about it. I now consider it one of the greatest choices I’ve made

No to rain on your parade man but it’s gonna happen. It’s not like every public hunt is gonna be bad. 95% of the time it’s cool in my opinion. But when you have that bad experience it will change everything.

And a pro tip for everyone regarding all of those “friendly” public land guys. Not saying all of them, but most of them ain’t your friend. They’re looking for info. Best believe they are memorizing every detail you give them. Coming from someone with over 30 years on public. You can make friends but careful what you say

A lot of you guys are soft. Extra soft. This is how you maintain an empire. If someone steps out of line. You get them in line.
