Huntsville is a fantastic place for work and raising a family, but that's about it. Outside of some underrated natural scenery and good BBQ, nothing about N AL is particularly exciting so everyone should just stay away.
I can believe top #30, perhaps, but not #15.

$1k/sqft homes in a college town on the mountains with a great job market is the best place... shocker.

Forgot the exact criteria, but if a city is too wealthy or more than 90% white it is excluded from the running.

I’d rather be in Lafayette than in Austin

Apple continues to grow, Tesla is on the way to building a nice place there. Google building new tower downtown. The upward trajectory of the real estate market in ATX is amazing.
Sounds like Liberal Heaven

You didn’t spend much time in Colorado Springs did you? It’s a shithole with bad infrastructure. No way it should be high on any list.
