I tried to sell a vehicle online around 2008, even though it clearly stated the location as Baton Rouge, every out of state inquiry from the North East or Western US wanted to know if it had been flooded in Katrina.
So twelve years ago...when flooded vehicles hitting the market was a very real issue?

And as someone who leans left on most issues, I get rustled when a city transitions to a majority liberal city council/mayor. I have yet to see a legit reason to let the homeless do as they please. Seattle is an awesome place, but you can't walk down Pine anymore without watching someone take a dump in public.
I lived in Seattle for six years and recently relocated to SF, and I’m not sure I agree. In Seattle’s case, I think one polarizing figure—Sawant—has riled her base (not unlike what Trump has done on the right). I don’t think it’s that the mayor and city council are liberal; I think it’s that they’re idealists and poor leaders.
I’m too new to SF to make an assessment, and I’m quite aware the city has its problems, but this far I’m really pleased with the quality of life (though I do miss my mountains).

Muh republicans
It really is nice living here...
Not every neighborhood is Port Royal and can be affordable. Just a lot of old Yankee/Midwestern people though.

None of Seattle's leadership is "liberal" they are all progressive. Sawant is by far the worst, but they're all ignorant and dragging the city down. They're beyond poor leaders, they are bordering on criminally negligent. They double down on stupid almost daily.

I can’t open the link but I’m guessing Lake Charles is 21, right?

2. Denver CO
4. Colorado Springs CO
5. Fort Collins CO
These are basically all part of the same MSA. Denver-Aurora MSA encompasses all of those except Colorado Springs, which borders it. Dumb.

this is a nice way of admitting you can't afford to live there now
Why buy a product you wouldn't take for free? I could afford it, but my money is better spent on damn near anything else.
