Not to diminish the suffering from Florence in any way, but this is absolutely fraudulent.
This is a prime example of why people DO NOT trust the news anymore.
They create news for ratings and dollars.
The story is not as sexy without shots like this.

Yeah it looks bad but it's hard to stand in 40 mph and greater winds for several hours doing reports. He said this is some of the worst we've seen. It probably was right before then but they caught a break for a little bit there.

I've seen this very crap in the N.O. weather broadcasts when a big storm is heading our way. I watched a spot where the reporter was in the CBD doing the same crap that guy was doing and in the background there were 2 guys in suits strolling down the street not struggling at all to maintain their journey.
