Jim Cantore was standing in rain water up to his shins earlier today saying “the water is rising”.
He was wearing a helmet.
Stephanie Abrams asked him if that that storm surge flooding or just rain water.
Made him look stupid, he said, “ Uhh, it’s just rain water but it’s really coming down”.
It wasn’t even raining.
I hope someone else caught that. It was fantastic
