Yes but not nearly as bad as the gif above. The whole thing is exploitative drama and sometimes exaggerated but by and large, its not fake news. He’s definitely facing the wrong direction. Look at his pants, the bystanders shorts, the wind is blowing to their back.
I wonder if TWC laid down those barricades in the background on purpose just for the shot. There’s a police car right there. I’m sure the police would have either picked up the barricades or put them back up.
Me thinks they are props.
Also, he’s standing 2 feet from the concrete. Don’t give me the grass is slippery bullshite.

I don't know if you guys saw it earlier but on Fox this morning they had an up close shot of a nasty arse water moccasin in the water of a flooded street. Do we call that "snake news"?

He is. And it took me awhile to figure out why. Look where he is standing. He is standing on this little strip of grass in a parking lot and he is actually leaning to counter the slope of the grass strip. That is a natural thing to do. But with all of that FLAT concrete around you, why would you stand there? Then for TWC to come up with their bs answer is hilarious. If he is that tired, don't stand on a slope.

Even if that bit about the grass was true, then why wouldn’t he take one fricking step to the right to get that sweet wet concrete footing.
Also, I would rather try to keep my footing on wet grass before I did on wet concrete.
