lots of issues. First of all the sibling rule doesn't apply to Challenger division. So if they were claiming a sibling could play in their league because of Challenger then they broke that rule.
Also, they basically had a select team sign up for LL this year, but those kids did not play the minimum number of games (8) in the LL season to be eligible for the tournament...you have to play 8 games or 60% of the season.
I'm surprised the team got as far as it did considering the softball program had already gone rogue.

Holy shite. Schools have started back, it's football season time, and parents are STILL forcing their children to play performative baseball for them??? Baseball season is over, people!

thats not a bad thing. but that only happens at 12. Little league baseball as a whole sucks big fat donkey dick.
travel ball coaches & players on average are 10x better than traditional rec coaches & players.
travel kids only play 12u because the rest isnt worth it.

for a while LL said you could not compete in other leagues so no travel kids, then they relented.
then it became you have to play 11 & 12u year
now its you have to play in a minimum amount of games
some leagues still ban only playing at 12 and making all stars but "most".....na

By making a kid that just plays 12U year ineligible to make the all-star roster.
If you go look at the all-star roster for AP, Eastbank, and Lafayette for 9s, 10s, and 11s, almost every player on there is going to be a travel ball kid. Those kids are playing both travel and LL.
AP 11s for example....at least 8 of those kids played on a AAA/Majors travel ball team in 2026.
