Still is. Although I'm not sure how it works. I'll often time look back and scores are changed. leave the game and it was 5-4 and wake up the next day to check next weeks game time and its 6-4

no it just was dumb. it was the league going back and editing all that after the fact to cover their tracks not some parent.
didnt strike a nerve, my kids dont play Little league, waste of time.

Could be different schools. Player can be eligible based on the school they attend being in that LL program's geographic boundaries.
I'm guessing that the kid whose eligibility was questioned lives and attends school outside of Tulsa Little League's geographic boundaries. But they have a special needs sibling who attends a school that is within the Tulsa LL boundaries. So they tried using the challenger rule to claim eligibility for the kid in question, despite not actually fielding a challenger program team.

they were undefeated and in the championship game, i dont think they eliminated anyone, their last game was a win vs louisiana

Or…
1) let’s say east bank LL gas a challenger division but GNO LL (greater New Orleans) does not. Kid who is a challenger kid living in GNO territory thus is allowed to play challenger in East Bank. His siblings are then allowed to also play for east bank
2) kids live in GNO area. One sibling goes to Curtis (in EB area) and other goes to Baby Ben which is in GNO. Since the kid that goes to Curtis can play for EB (since you need to love it attend school in the district) the kid who goes to Baby Ben can also play for EB
