Come on, Friend…..
Archie 100 times over Peyton. He raised his family and lived in the city. He was and is way more ambassador for Nola than Peyton.

And, Paul Prudhomme, although not born in Nola, put New Orleans and Louisiana on the map worldwide with blackened redfish. He tremendously boosted the restaurant scene in Nola!
