The TSA is expressing frustrations with travelers who are not providing a proper REAL ID to fly.
In a Facebook post Wednesday, the TSA made it known that a Costco membership card is not an acceptable identification.
“We love hotdogs & rotisserie chickens as much as the next person, but please stop telling people their Costco card counts as a REAL ID because it absolutely does not,” the TSA wrote in the post.

My Black card is accepted everywhere.
By "Black" I mean race, and not American Express. My black arse broke.

Must have an id to enter and leave Costco, but not to vote. Amazing.

A lot of assumptions going on here.

If you sign in to your Netflix account in front of them they’ll accept that.

How about my country club membership? It’s not a picture I.D., but I can give them my club number and they can call the pro shop and verify it?

I have my Photon membership card (dated 1986!) on the wall in my office! Few Baw's know what it is.

I basically have to be photo-ID'ed to log in to my work VPN.

One is a legal right guaranteed by the constitution and the other is a private club.
Shouldnt really surprise you but you should post it on Facebook anyway and rack up likes from the people that won't think about it too deep.

then there shouldn't be any problem showing valid ID to vote then?

They should pass a constitutional amendment that says you have the legal right to vote upon confirmation that you are a legal citizen to vote.
Right now voting is a right granted to all US citizens and ID is not a requirement to be a US citizen.
Its stupid but due to how lawsuit happy this country is you have to get the ducks in a row.
